Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.
We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge for your order prior to billing and shipping.
Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.
Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and International Orders.
Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Biker Barbie is committed to providing products of the highest caliber. Biker Barbie’s refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for unopened. If the product has been opened or 30 days have passed since your purchase, we aren’t able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
Within 20 business days of the products’ receipt, you may return or exchange:
- Any item purchased from Biker-Barbie.com in its original condition including all product tags, instructions, hardware, accessories, and packaging
- Any items that are defective in manufacturing or workmanship for warranty replace/replacement.The following will NOT be accepted for return/exchange for any reason other than defects in manufacturing:
- worn clothing or accessories
- helmets
General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions, original packing material, product tags, hardware, accessories, and packaging. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns and exchanges must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Any order cancellation is subject to a 25% restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card or Biker Barbie credit as preferred.
Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.
Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to Biker Barbie directly. Please do not send your purchase back to the retailer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item to be returned/exchanged must have a Return Authorization number provided by Biker Barbie.
Items returned that do not meet the above guidelines will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Any return/exchange received without the Return/Exchange/Cancellation form completed/signed and returned to Biker Barbie will not be processed.
Biker Barbie will not refund shipping charges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Additional fees will be charged for any item returned that must be repackaged due to the box or packaging being defaced (including writing on it).

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, original method of payment, or Biker Barbie credit. A 25% restocking fee may be applied to your return.
Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a credit code or gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product according to the instructions received on the Exchange/Return Authorization form.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on orders if required by law.
Payment Methods
Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Credit card purchases verified for your protection.
Backorders Items
Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.
Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.
Secured Online Shopping
We guarantee your order’s privacy and security over the web, with all transactions utilizing an SSL secure server connection. Verisign, Inc., provides our Secure Server Certificate through Dealer Spike, LLC.
